- · Serve as the primary point of contact for AFC ADS, managing all cost, schedule, and performance requirements under the contract.
- · Lead and oversee a diverse team of subject matter experts, analysts, and technical staff supporting over seven major task areas (e.g., requirements analysis, systems engineering, and integration and experimentation).
- · Coordinate delivery of all CDRL deliverables and reports in accordance with PWS requirements.
- · Manage day-to-day operations across 5 operational locations, including subcontractor coordination, staffing, and workflow prioritization.
- · Direct engagement in Technical Project Plan; Evaluations of Technology Applications; Modeling & Simulation; Operational Test Support; Operations Research and System Analysis; RDT&E Document Preparation and Review; RDT&E Documentation Support Services; Technology Readiness Level (TRL) Assessments; and Test and Evaluations.
- · Maintain strong relationships with sister CFTs, Joint Staff, and Combatant Commands.
- · Provide input to strategic planning, training programs, audit readiness, and system modernization initiatives.
- · Participate in internal/external meetings, program reviews, and leadership briefings as required by the COR or Contracting Officer.
- · Manage all P&L aspects of the project and work with corporate management on risk management and business growth activities
- · Responsible for the performance management of all staff
- · Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key client stakeholders
- · Bachelor’s degree
- · 5+ years field experience supporting integration and experimentation exercise/evaluations.
- · 6+ years of program management experience supporting complex system integration.
- · Exceptional leadership, organizational, and customer engagement skills.
- · Proven track record in managing complex government contracts.
- · Demonstrated experience successfully managing client relationships
- · Demonstrated experience managing employees (performance management and mentoring)
- · Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders, lead customer interactions, and prepare executive-level briefings
- · Active TOP SECRET/SCI clearance at time of application.
- · Direct experience with sensor integration.
- · Direct experience with management projects involving multifunctional tasks and substantial complexity.
