- Conducting vibration analysis and diagnostics on various machinery, including turbines, compressors, pumps, and generators.
- Interpreting vibration data to identify issues, recommending corrective actions, and optimizing equipment performance.
- Developing and implementing predictive maintenance programs to enhance machinery reliability.
- Working collaboratively with engineering and maintenance teams to ensure timely repairs and modifications.
- Creating detailed reports summarizing findings, analyses, and recommendations for clients.
- Providing training and support to junior engineers and technicians in vibration analysis and best practices.
- Must be familiar with Bentley Nevada Vibration Monitoring Equipment BN7200
- Proficiency in vibration analysis tools and software, including FFT analysis and modal analysis.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and rotating equipment.
- Familiarity with condition monitoring techniques and maintenance strategies.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
