Clients include Bayer, Dow, DuPont, Heineken USA, Honeywell, Johnson & Johnson, Revlon, Trek Bicycle, Wacker, and others.JOB DESCRIPTIONAuditor is primarily responsible for auditing all carrier freight invoices according to the contracted rates and customer requirements; but not limited to:Primary Responsibilities:Reviewing and understanding contract rates per customer contracts, through process of auditing customer freight bills. Resolving any discrepancies or errors that may come in form of balance dues or phone calls.- Handling/follow-up with carrier and customer questions- To learn all TBL Services Software and use that knowledge to enhance the freight payment process and resolve any freight payment issues by using this software.- Point person for customer inquiries on freight payment needs- Point person for TBL Operation Department employees- Answering phones- Picking up Mail from Post Office, must be able to lift 30 pounds. This will include sorting mail and opening mail.- Frequent contact with all TBL Services employees. Contact involves the coordinating of information flow, error resolution, process enhancements and fulfilling customer needs.Secondary Responsibilities:- Freight payment process: Both domestic and international freight bill processing, batching freight bills.- Customer Call Center: as needed to assist in routing and carrier assignment for customers. Also, as needed assist in Spot Quote Requests from customers: Expedited, Truckload, flatbed, etc.- Assist in the implementation process of new customers-To create and maintain good relationships with Vendors and Carriers.- All other job duties that may be assigned.Exemption TypeNon-Exempt (Hourly)Job RequirementsRequirements:A High School Diploma/GED is required.Candidate must at least (1) year of work experience in a customer service function.Previous experience working in an office environment is strongly desired.Must be able to work in a fast paced office.Good communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills are required.Candidate must possess a strong team work attitude.Candidate must be PC literate; Experience with MS Office applications is a plus.Please note: There is no relocation or immigration assistance associated with this opening.Compensation based on experience.
