- Develop Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures for control and integrity of work defined by the contract
- Implement the Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures to ensure that data are converted correctly from the original estimate to the Project Control system
- Develop totally integrated engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) schedules
- Manage project schedule including critical path activities and review schedule float for schedule slippages
- Prepare and maintain engineering, fabrication and construction earned value reports.
- Analyze variances in cost or schedule performance against the plan, and communicate and propose mitigation plans to Project Management
- Develop and Issue Weekly Reports to include Schedule, EV reports and Analysis of progress
- Ensure all project control procedures are in place and being followed
- Work closely with and under the direction of the project manager to provide scheduling and cost information which will assist in management decisions. Ensure schedule execution for all facets of the EPC project is occurring. This includes engineering, procurement, fabrication, and construction
- Supervision is mainly administrative with technical assignments given by Project Controls Manager.
- When assigned to a project, direction will come mainly from the Project Manager, in accordance with Project Controls procedures.
- Bachelor's degree or Equivalent combination of experience and training.
- 3 to 5 years' experience in Project Controls environment, preferably in Industrial EPC field.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6
- Proficiency in full suite of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Procore a plus.
- Familiarity with Acumatica ERP a plus.
- Have a full understanding of the flow and logistics needed for the execution of an EPC project.
- Possess excellent leadership skills and can effectively coordinate the engineering, procurement, and construction activities. Monitor P6 schedules and be proactive in identifying problem areas.
- Possess the ability to organize large amounts of information into a coherent, meaningful P6 format.

- Good writing skills
- Site (field) construction experience a plus but not required
- Must be physically fit and able to work safely at a construction site.
- Work will be mainly conducted in-office; however, employee may be assigned to work at off-site locations from time to time. Overtime may be required at times to make deadlines.
- Occasional domestic and/or international travel and field assignments.
