Status: Full-time, urgent hireWe’re on the hunt for a Senior Solutions Consultant who knows the CX/CCaaS space inside and out—and thrives in high-stakes enterprise environments. This is a mission-critical role supporting strategic sales across some of the largest accounts in the country (think Fortune 100 level). If you know how to translate complex tech into business value and love being the linchpin between product, sales, and client success—you’re our person.What You’ll Own:Act as the go-to technical advisor for enterprise clients evaluating CX, CCaaS, or UCaaS solutionsLead engaging product demos, value-based discovery calls, and solution workshopsSupport RFPs, RFIs, and strategic deals from start to finishPartner closely with sales leadership to influence pipeline velocity and win ratesBuild and present tailored architectures that align platform capabilities with business needsWork cross-functionally with product and delivery teams for seamless post-sale executionWhat We’re Looking For:10+ years of experience in solution consulting, sales engineering, or solution architectureStrong background in CCaaS/UCaaS platforms (e.g., NICE, Genesys, Five9, Talkdesk)Familiarity with leading CX platforms (Salesforce, Adobe, Pega, Medallia, etc.)Prior experience engaging Fortune 100 clients—Amazon, Nike, Google, etc.Excellent communication and presentation skills; confident in front of C-suite stakeholdersBased in WA, OR, or ID, with the ability to travel regionally and nationally as neededWhat You’ll Get:Competitive base salary ($160K–$170K) + lucrative bonus structureFull benefits package, paid travel, and expense coverageOpportunity to work with best-in-class enterprise clientsA visible and strategic role with immediate impact on a growing teamThis role is open due to an urgent vacancy—so we’re moving quickly.
