Medical Secretary/Technician NeededOur growing practice needs a motivated and reliable professional, you’ll be handling a lot of the important work that goes on to set our doctors and patients up for success. You'll have the ability to develop your skills through on-site training, continued education, and with each patient interaction. This position offers you an opportunity for stability with a career in healthcare.You are one of the first people to work with each patient during their appointment. You’ll be the one that calms their nerves, gets them in a great mood, and shows them that we are there to serve them in every way we can!NO Experience Needed:Prior urology or healthcare experience is a plus, but it’s certainly not required. We offer paid training to the right person with a great attitude, a helpful heart, and a love of learning! We will make sure you’re totally confident working with the equipment and patients before you start handling these tasks alone!Some of your duties will include:-Taking the patient back to the exam room and verifying their medical history, documenting concerns and changes, establishing a baseline and documenting all necessary measurements-Assisting in the setup and assisting, as needed, with in-office treatments/procedures.-Consistent training for optimal career growth-Showing the utmost respect, compassion, and professionalism while assisting our patients- Properly ordering labs/procedures so everything gets paid by the patient’s insurance.If you want a career where you can directly impact the well-being of your community, this is it!
