
JOC Construction Project Manager (Sr/Director/Program Manager)

- JOC Project Management:
- Oversee all aspects of assigned JOC projects from initiation to completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Ensure compliance with JOC contract requirements, including pricing, scope of work, and performance metrics
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or concerns
- Prepare and submit accurate and timely project reports, including progress updates, financial summaries, and performance metrics
- Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of project coordinators, estimators, and field personnel
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and project requirements
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful project outcomes
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss project progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement
- Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback for professional development
- Client Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on assigned JOC projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met
- Communicate project updates, challenges, and solutions to clients in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with clients to develop project scopes, timelines, and budgets
- Address and resolve client concerns or issues promptly and effectively
- Quality Control and Safety:
- Ensure all projects adhere to company quality standards and industry best practices
- Implement and enforce safety protocols on job sites to maintain a safe working environment
- Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to identify and address any deficiencies
- Collaborate with the safety team to develop and implement project-specific safety plans
- Stay up-to-date with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Financial Management:
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution of JOC projects
- Monitor project expenses and revenue, identifying and addressing any variances
- Prepare and submit accurate cost estimates for JOC task orders
