Job SummaryProvides services in the home or facility which include any of the following: personal care for an adult including hygiene and bathing, memory care, simple self-care procedures, vital sign and other health monitoring, use of assistive devices including wheelchairs, meal planning and preparation, supervision, transportation, companionship, medication reminders, light housekeeping and assistance with procedures as assigned.
