- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced office or customer service environment
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on providing a positive, solutions-driven experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other tech tools that enhance efficiency
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on active listening and clear information sharing
- Ability to problem-solve quickly, assess situations, and make sound decisions independently
- 1+ to 2 Years of experience in customer service or related field
- Experience with handling customer inquiries and processing orders
- Familiarity with medical equipment or healthcare industry is a plus
- Experience in scheduling and coordinating appointments or deliveries
- Experience with document management, including collecting and reviewing essential order documents
- Proven track record of maintaining professional communication with clients and team members
- Experience in payment collection and billing processes
- Experience working with Assistive Technology Professionals (ATPs) or similar roles is beneficial
