- · Maintain awareness of U.S. Army operations and policy to both facilitate AFC mission, goals, and objectives and to effectively represent the CFT with external entities.
- · Prepare for, participate in, and provide summaries for a range of activities including internal and external meetings, weekly staff calls, and secure video teleconferences.
- · Develop technical inputs for the development and maintenance of internal controls, testing of Risk Management and Internal Control functions, and coordinating administrative policies, procedures, directives, and regulatory requirements for any new project, or product, that is added to a CFT portfolio.
- · Gather product information and requirements’ documents, track internal and external informational deadlines, provide timely reminders, and officially close completed actions. Communicate project status and significant activities through recurring synchronization meetings, written reports, and database updates.
- · Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years’ experience or more years in the field.
- · Experience in Operations Support tasks that interface at the Major Command level (e.g., staff for three- and four-star flag officers), DoD agencies, political appointees and members of Congress.
- · Requires eligibility for Secret clearance.
