- Understand and implement MasTec Communications Groups Health Safety and Environmental Policies (Safety Manual)
- Understand and implement Industry standards (OSHA, TIA10-48, NATE CTS, and ANSI)
- Ensure safety requirements at your sites and with your crew
- Oversee the daily operations and quality of work performed at assigned sites
- Maintain daily paperwork required for the site and the crew
- Implement and follow through with job instructions provided by leadership
- Compile all site-specific closeout documentation for your work effort
- Upload closeout documentation to customer interfaces
- Coordinate with customer representative for site-related activities and maintain a good working relationship with a customer representative
- Provide leadership, and guidance and actively train/promote learning to all crew members
- Always maintain equipment and vehicles in operational condition
- Validate daily timesheets for Management
- Conduct other duties as assigned

- You have a High school diploma or general education degree (GED), technical degree preferred
- You have at least 5 years of industry experience
- Possess a WSA certification is a plus
- Must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver’s license, and clean driving record to operate a company vehicle.
- You have demonstrated expertise in construction skills, rigging, safety, and general industry knowledge
- You possess job-related certifications-First Aid, Safety, Rescue
- You have the ability to operate aerial lifts, man lifts, skid steers, and aerial platform equipment
- You must be able to read and interpret site plans, RFDS, construction drawings, and SOW
- You must be able to pick up to 50 lbs., and capable of working up to 12 hours.
- You have the ability to identify and distinguish colors
- You possess 10+ years of experience.
- You have possession of OSHA 10.
- You have excavator training.
