  • Provide legal counsel on estate administration and probate matters.
  • Advise clients on tax planning strategies related to trust and estate matters.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings related to trusts and estates.
  • Collaborate with financial advisers and other professionals to meet client needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in trust and estate laws to ensure compliance.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and service.
  • Mentor junior staff and share expertise within the department.
