- Coach sales team members individually to refine their pitch, objection handling, and closing skills.
- Stay current on industry trends, market changes, and competitor strategies to keep training content relevant
- Monitor sales performance metrics to identify skill gaps and create targeted development plans.
- Lead role-play sessions and real-time call coaching to enhance sales performance.
- Partner with leadership to develop incentive programs and sales contests that motivate the team.
- Provide ongoing feedback and create a culture of continuous learning and improvement
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proven experience in sales training, sales leadership, or a senior sales role with coaching responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, customer psychology, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and motivational skills.
- Ability to design training programs that are interactive, results-driven, and tailored to diverse learning styles.
- Proficient in CRM systems, sales analytics, and performance tracking tools.
