This is a dynamic role for candidates who thrive in relationship-building, are seasoned in outside sales (3–5+ years), and come from industries such as building materials, construction, or hospitality people who are resilient, professional, and confident in their ability to communicate with contractors, architects, and builders. This position is base plus commissions. There are some existing accounts to continue to service and the growth potential is huge. This has been a top growing company the past couple years!This position blends new business development, account management, project coordination, and customer service to drive growth across the luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.Key Responsibilities:Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business within high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality markets.Build long-term relationships with architects, designers, general contractors, builders, and developers.Conduct cold calls, site visits, and client presentations to showcase motorized screening and related building material solutions.Develop and deliver detailed proposals, bids, and pricing tailored to customer needs and project specs.Coordinate with design, estimating, and project management teams for smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.Manage and support installation processes, service calls, and post-sale project needs.Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding product offerings within current accounts.Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring healthy profit margins.Represent the brand at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and pipeline growth.Stay current on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies/materials to deliver valuable insights to clients.Qualifications:3–5+ years of proven success in outside sales, bus
