
Associate Creative Project Manager

- Partner and collaborate with Creative leadership on projects within the creative department, including drafting creative requirements with Creative Directors and Art Directors.
- Creates, maintains, and enforces creative and production timelines and schedules for small to large-scale projects and programs, including the management of approvals. Includes negotiation with cross-functional partners to prioritize and set realistic delivery timelines based on business justification and creative resources.
- Ensure that all cross-functional partners are notified of any changes in schedule, scope, resources, and budget.
- Support in the escalation of project risks to the Manager, Creative Operations.
- Partners with Creative Leads to ensure seamless management of projects and requests.
- Hands-on leading project management for key initiatives.
- Maintains accurate project list/job status for all creative projects with proactive management. Keeping CDs and Manager, Creative Operations informed.
- Manages Airtable for the Creative Team, including all data entry, sprint planning, ticket management, hotlists for team members, etc.
- Works with cross-functional teams to ensure project scope and requirements are correctly listed in Airtable tickets.
- Properly document project status and details in the process on Airtable. Works to ensure all critical information and revisions are documented accurately and properly.
- Initiates/schedules kick-off meetings with applicable team members and cross-functional teams.
- Coordinates and manages agendas for cross-functional and executive-level meetings.
- Drives organizational effectiveness by ensuring completion of tasks through meeting recaps and goal/timeline setting.
- Facilitates communication between all parties to reach a consensus.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, PMP certification a plus
- 3-5 years’ relevant working experience in Creative Services/Operations or Project Management
- Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Experience using PM software (ie. Airtable or comparable tool)
- Proven experience managing projects from inception to project closeout
- Ability to plan and execute complex project plans with attention to detail
- Experienced in cross-functional partner alignment
- Self-starter with independent decision-making abilities
- Collaborative communicator with transparency and accountability
- Entrepreneurial spirit – ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, start-up environment and do whatever it takes to get the job done
- Be a team player and bring a positive attitude to the team even in a continually changing, fast-paced environment
- Experience with international teams a plus
