Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Machine Assistant to join their team. As a Machine Assistant, you will be part of the production department supporting the operational team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Machine AssistantLocation: Appleton, WIPay Range: $18 to $20 per hourShift: Monday-Thursday-1st (6am-4pm) and 3rd (8pm-6am)What's the Job?
  • Assist the Operator as needed to ensure production timelines are met.
  • Open rolls and properly stage product for production.
  • Wrap and weigh finished rolls, ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition.
  • Assist the Operator with general maintenance duties on Rewinders as required.
What's Needed?
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Familiarity with machine operation and basic functions.
  • Ability to complete required paperwork accurately.
  • Willingness to adhere to safety regulations and procedures.
