Together, we can make a profound impact on those we serve!DESCRIPTION OF WORKIn this position, you will engage in direct clinical contact with patients, as well as maintain communication with families, community agencies, and the patient's assigned treatment team. Responsibilities will include conducting admission assessments, offering direct support to patients or family members, and participating in the development and implementation of each assigned individual's comprehensive individual care and treatment plan. You will confer with facility staff and act as a liaison for community providers and family members to ensure the best outcomes for those served. Additionally, you will provide social work consultation to other professional disciplines and collaborate with the treatment team.Interested in learning more?   • Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week
  • Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITYQUALIFICATIONSMinimum Experience and Training Requirements:
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in social work or social welfare.
  • Applicants will be considered to have met the educational requirements once they are within 3 months of graduating with a qualifying degree.
