Mandatory Skills / Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related specialty from an accredited college or university.10+ years of job-specific experience including:Systems analysis, design, and development.Relationship management.Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.Proficiency in multiple programming languages for informed decision-making.Experience with Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).Strong knowledge of database design and data modeling.Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.Deep understanding of security principles for designing secure applications.Familiarity with architectural styles and patterns (microservices, monolithic, client-server, etc.).Expertise in test automation tools.Highly Desired Skills

Supervise, guide, and instruct subordinate staff.Assist in planning, scheduling team resources, status reporting, and documentation.Develop work/project plans for team assignments.Analyze and implement solutions to problems associated with assignments.Provide project leadership:Coordinate integrated systems integrity.Facilitate communication between users, vendors, and developers.Oversee system installation, support, and user training.Develop and control project schedules and assign responsibilities.Participate in all aspects of software development, system design/analysis, project planning, and management.
