We are partnering with a rapidly expanding dairy manufacturing company on a confidential search for a Director of Operations. This company has been in business for over 50 years, and they are looking for someone to contribute to their success.What they’re looking for:· 10+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in a multi-site leadership role.· Strong background in plant management, preferably in the food or dairy industry.· Demonstrated success managing capital projects, including equipment installation and facility upgrades· Mechanical aptitude and ability to quickly understand plant-specific machinery and processes· Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills· Ability to travel regularly between facilities in Illinois and WisconsinPreferred Qualifications· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Food Science, or a related field· Experience managing large scale operations and teams.· Familiarity with SQF, HACCP, and other food safety/quality systems, and manufacturing processes (lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies).What’s in it for you:· 200k - 240k base salary plus 20% commission· Be part of a values-driven, family-owned company with decades of success and a commitment to long-term growth· Influence high-level strategy while staying connected to day-to-day operations· Lead and inspire teams across multiple locations to deliver operational excellence· Competitive compensation and benefits packageDoes this sound like a company where you can grow your career and make a lasting impact?
