The opportunityDelaware North Parks and Resorts is searching for a Regional Human Resources Manager to join our HR team in Luray, Virginia. What will you do?
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition and HR Operations teams to attract, hire, and onboard new team members
  • Be a bridge between your local and wider HR team; advocate for consistent best practices and share knowledge unique to your location
  • Develop and deliver training to new and existing team members, ensure they have a thorough understanding of their job functions, policies, procedures, and opportunities for growth
  • Handle employee relations matters, including conducting investigations and complaint resolution
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
More about you
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as an HR Generalist required and at least 2 years as an HR Manager is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field preferred; PHR or SPHR certification is a plus
  • Experience in the hospitality industry a plus
  • Strong employee relations experience required
  • Experience managing employee housing a plus
  • Previous experience using iCIMS, Workday, or similar HRIS system
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Independent problem solving and analytical abilities
