- Greet visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and warmth.
- Answer and route incoming calls, manage voicemail system.
- Maintain the appearance and function of the reception and shared areas.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and package deliveries.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and kitchen stock; place orders as needed.
- Coordinate with vendors (e.g., janitorial, pest control, office maintenance).
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, and functioning smoothly.
- Assist in booking travel and accommodation for executives or board members as needed.
- Support conference and event coordination, including scheduling and logistics.
- Help with preparation of board materials and other high-priority documentation.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1+ years of administrative or receptionist experience, ideally in a corporate setting.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; polished phone and email etiquette.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Experience with calendaring and travel coordination a plus.
- The ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure.
- High attention to detail, proactive mindset, and team-first attitude.
