- Drive the growth of Microsoft services and solutions within the existing customer base and prospects.
- Identify, forecast, and own opportunities through the entire sales cycle, from opportunity creation to sales close.
- Identify key business transformation opportunities within existing named accounts.
- Deliver Connection/Microsoft story to customers and prospects.
- Develop and maintain strong executive relationships within named accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key Microsoft personnel.
- Collaborate with the sales team and execute account strategies to exceed services, sales, and profitability quarterly goals and quotas.
- Travel required
- Proven experience in services and solution sales and business development.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Modern Work, Security and Cloud product portfolio.
- Experience in working directly with Microsoft field sellers.
- Knoledge of navigating the use of Microsoft funding programs and purchasing vehicles.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to identify and pursue business outcomes that align to the Microsoft portfolio and our services.
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
