  • NY Personal Lines or Property & Casualty License (must be able to obtain).
  • NY Life, Accident & Health License (must be able to obtain).
  • Communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in customer service preferred.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
