To build on this team, we are searching for a CNC Programmer/Machinist. This role will report to FAB/CNC team leaders and work with other team members to perform CNC programming, setup, and machining of various machine components. The ideal candidate will have a developed understanding of CNC programming & associated operations, mechanical drawings, proper use of measurement tools, and proper use of conventional tool room equipment.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:CNC programming, setup, and operationConventional tool room equipment operation (Bridgeport mills, lathes, grinders, etc.)Maintain equipment and work area to meet and exceed company standardsQualifications:3-5 years toolroom experience requiredDemonstrated skill in programming/operating CNC equipmentHigh school diploma or equivalent certification (Vocational education preferred)Valid driver’s licenseAbility to read/understand mechanical drawings and critical featuresDemonstrated skill in the proper use of precision measurement toolsAbility to keep steady pace while bending, kneeling, climbing as required to load/unload cnc machinesWork as part of a team or independently with direction from FAB/CNC team leadersAbility to lift to 50 lbs. as requiredAbility to obtain Hi-Lo and Aerial Platform and Overhead Crane LicenseTools Required:ToolboxMeasurement tools (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, edge finders, etc.)Assorted hand tools (hex keys, wrenches, socket set, screw drivers, etc.)PPE (steel toe boots)Powered by JazzHR
