- CNA license required for CNA-level compensation (not required for PCA roles)
- Experience preferred but not required—we welcome those who have cared for loved ones!

- A reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and auto insurance in your name
- Ability to pass a criminal background check, DMV check, and drug screen
- Must be willing to work every other weekend- Saturday and Sunday
