Exemplifies the image of “Aloha” while assisting guests in accordance with Outrigger policies and procedures. Responsible for the successful management of the day-to-day administrative duties relating to the upkeep of the owner's units in the Honua Kai rental program. These responsibilities will include ordering, tracking, updating and
verbally communicating with the team, HOA, and owners via email, phone, and in-person regarding orders of replacement items for the units.High School diploma, Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, or equivalent, preferred. Resort or lodging operational experience at a mid to large-scale property of similar size and scope preferred. Condominium Resort experience preferred.
