Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, wellness strategies, and recovery processes.

Maintain detailed patient records and documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a physical therapist in a home health setting.
Valid state licensure to practice as a physical therapist, adhering to professional standards.
Current CPR certification required upon employment.
Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to various client locations.
