Looking Glass is Hiring a Program Manager for our Station 7 Program!Brief Overview of the Program Manager PositionAs the Program Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of our Station 7 Program. Key responsibilities include: leadership, team building and supervision of the Youth Development Advocate staff, and other support personnel, and quality of services assurance. For more information about the Program Manager position, download the full job description below.This position is full time, 40 hours/week, 8:30am-4:30pmEssential QualificationsQualified staff have a bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a closely related field, though a combination of equivalent experience and education may be substituted. You should have at least four years of relevant program experience, working with at-risk populations with at least one-year supervisory experience.Compensation & BenefitsIn order to hire and retain employees who truly share our mission to "build a better future for youth, adults, and families" we offer benefits, compensation, a generous PTO accrual rate, and a positive work culture.
  • Salary range: $61,000 - $63,000, dependent on experience.
  • The benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k) options, and more!
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) accrual rate starts at 18 hours per month, equivalent to 5.4 weeks/year in the first year of employment. PTO accrual rate increases with tenure at the agency.
  • Paid in-depth training to ensure a successful transition into the agency and position.
  • May qualify for Oregon behavioral health loan repayment programs and federal Public Student Loan Forgiveness programs.
Brief Overview of the Station 7 ProgramStation 7 provides emergency shelter, family reconciliation, and a 24-hour crisis hotline for runaway and homeless youth, ages 11-20. Project Safe Place offers youth safe locations to go when they feel afraid or have run away from home.
