
Wire/ACH Operator I

- Daily input, review and processing of outgoing wire transfers (Domestic and Foreign).
- Daily review and processing of incoming wire transfers (Domestic and Foreign)
- Daily review and processing of Cash Management NetTeller initiated wires.
- Performs various levels of data verifications with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assists or complete daily required reconciliations.
- Assist manager with training staff members as required
- Responsible for developing a deep understanding of ACH/NACHA operating rules and RegulationE.
- Maintain an ongoing awareness of functionality within the Wire/ACH systems.
- Work closely with Online banking and Treasury Management in coordination efforts to assist
- Keeps management appropriately informed of area activities and of any significant problems.
- Participate in Community Service and Bank sponsored activities that serve and support the
personnel). * Represent Altabank in a professional manner which includes a professional image,confidentiality, a positive “can-do” attitude, good attendance, punctuality, flexibility and
adaptability in meeting bank and customer needs. Keep work area tidy and maintain customer
privacy. Attends and participates in meetings as required. * Regular and predictable attendance in order to accomplish, among other things, in-personcontact with customers. * Duties can change.SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00.
About YouQUALIFICATIONS:
- One year to two years of similar or related experience.
- A high school education or GED
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in an atmosphere of frequent interruption
- Must be team oriented and have the ability to work with other personnel collaboratively
- Employee must be capable of interacting calmly and professionally with a variety of
organization. * Employee must be capable of regular, reliable, and timely attendance.
- Ability to adapt to change (e.g. shifting priorities, demands, and timelines) through time
