Through our innovative offerings, we aim to revolutionize our consumers' experience by prioritizing simplicity, inclusivity, and decadence, notably through our range of plant-based, gluten-free, and allergy-conscious ingredients.What You Will DoAs the Supply Chain Manager at our company, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing every stage of the process that gets products to customers' doors from raw materials to finished products to logistics. You’ll work closely with the sales team to help plan and forecast to ensure an appropriate supply of materials to keep the production process running smoothly.   • Act as the primary point of contact with Copacker
  • Manage inventory (inventory reporting)
  • Demand planning (work with the sales team to update monthly forecast)
  • Maintain required quantity of supplies and materials to optimize production
  • Analyze current inventories and procedures; suggests improvements to increase efficiency of supply chain and profitability for the company.
  • Manage all wholesale and distributor freight logistics from beginning to end (ex.monitoring through delivery, troubleshooting)
  • Work with major distributors to ensure they have enough stock in their respective warehouses
  • Negotiate prices for raw material and delivery with suppliers, vendors, and/or shipping companies drive down COGs
  • Contribute to and lead special projects on an ad hoc basis, including evaluating new freight/3PL partners and conducting expense analysis
  • Monitor the performance of suppliers, assessing their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements; identifies and qualifies new suppliers in collaboration with other departments
  • Optimize existing systems and processes
  • Lead co-packer searches to diversify manufacturing

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in Operations, Logistics, or Supply Chain
  • Experience in a CPG startup setting preferred
  • Experience working with KeHE & UNFI is a plus
  • Previous experience with an ERP system and EDI are a plus
  • Proficiency in GSuite and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Google Sheets. Knowledge of Quickbooks and/or Squarespace is a plus
