Job SummaryAssign and dispatch chauffeurs to fulfill ground transportation reservations and requests. Assist in creating and entering reservations accurately and answer all email requests. Answer customer questions regarding schedule changes, availability of vehicles, and existing reservations. This is a part-time position.Essential Functions
  • Dispatch: Ensure each reservation is dispatched accurately and efficiently to allow drivers adequate time to reach their pickup location safely, and to meet their required spot time.
  • Review vehicle availability, capacity, any special events in town, and traffic and weather conditions to ensure the highest standards to quality service for our guests.
  • Document all incidents properly and inform the proper department.
  • Assist drivers with directions, itineraries, or any special requests by guest as necessary.
  • Assist customer service requests for location of vehicle, directions, changes, or any special instructions.
  • Directly communicate with guests if we will be late for a pick-up, or have not made contact with a passenger at pickup locations.
  • Monitor all airline flight arrivals, and update system when applicable.
  • Reservations: Reservations agents must be able help/suggest guests in booking the right transportation service for them, as well as asking questions to help determine what our guests need.
  • Book all reservations accurately, with minimal mistakes.
  • Call guests to reconfirm details on pre-scheduled reservations.
  • Other duties as assigned and requested.

  • Must maintain a minimum of 30 hours per week or more.
  • Variable hour team members could be eligible12 months after their date of hire, with supervisor approval, so long as they have averaged 30+ hours per week throughout their first year.
401K Plan:
  • Team members are eligible to participate at the age of 21 or greater and at the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment.
  • 2% match with a 4% contribution from the team member.
PTO:
  • 6 months gets 7 PTO days - 728 hours (average 28 hours per week)
  • 1 year gets 10 PTO days - 1,456 hours (average 28 hours per week)
  • 2-4 years gets 15 PTO days - 1,456 hours (average 28 hours per week)
  • 5+ years gets 20 PTO days - 1,200 hours (average 23 hours per week)
Holiday Pay:
  • Hourly team members who work on Thanksgiving and Christmas will be paid their wage at time and a half.
