About This Role
  • Supporting Director, in Sr Analyst temporary absence
  • General financial analysis and quarterly flux analysis
  • Team player, able to pick up and pivot when necessary
  • Heavy reporting, updating and refreshing reports, multiple close cycles (5-6), ~12 reports each cycle
  • Assist manager in executing close deliverables
  • Financial reporting background
What You Will Work On
  • Month-end and quarter-end close support
  • Preparation of recurring consolidation journal entries
  • General financial analysis and quarterly flux analysis
  • Report and footnote preparation for the 10-K
  • Tie-outs and audit support, including direct interaction with Vendor.
  • Workload will vary, must be able to pivot and manage multiple priorities.
What You Will Bring
  • Education: Bach
elor's Degree - Finance, Accounting, MBA preferred * 3-5 years of experience
  • Background in Big 4 or public accounting preferred
  • Technical accounting experience is a plus
  • Financial reporting and SEC filing experience strongly preferred
  • Must be able to operate with limited oversight and ambiguity
10-K / SEC reporting experience, particularly with footnote preparation is a nice to have * Prior year-end close exposure nice to haveWhat You Can Expect
  • Remote role, work independently, proactively collaborating.
  • Duration: 2-3 months, based on workload and performance.
  • Pay Rate: $45/hr - Straight W-2 - No C2C, 1099, or H1-B available.
