- Educate and Sell Vacation Introductory Packages to guests
- Complete Vacation Program agreements in accordance with the rules
- Make required presentations to guests
- Survey toured guests, gathering their thoughts about Hilton VIP products and presentations
- Meet and maintain metrics for success in this role
- Ability to resolve complex customer service issues
- Ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment

- 6 months+ of branded vacation ownership sales experience
- 1-3 yeas sales experience required.
- 5+ years of customer service experience
- Active Real Estate license preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
