He/she is responsible for preparing, cooking and serving food, cleaning and sanitizing dishes, equipment and dietary facilities to ensure the safe delivery of nutritious food to patients, employees and guests. Must be able to follow directions and to perform work according to department standards when no directions are given. Current Food Handler's permit required.
