Pay: $16-17 hour DOE
Team Size: Small, close-knit team environmentAbout the Role:We are currently looking for a Framer to join our fabrication shop, where we build frames and prepare wire for filter racks. This is a hands-on role working with a small, focused team in a clean but non-climate-controlled shop environment.This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys hands-on, steady work, and takes pride in being reliable and consistent.Key Responsibilities:Assemble metal frames for filtersMeasure and cut materials accuratelyPrepare wire to be installed into racksUse hand tools, saws, drills, and other basic equipmentFollow work instructions and quality standardsStand for extended periods during the shiftMaintain a clean and safe work areaWork cooperatively with a small teamRequirements:Ability to read a tape measure and follow basic measurementsComfortable using hand tools, saws, and drillsCapable of standing for long periods (no heavy lifting required)Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled shop (hot in summer, cold in winter)Attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks consistentlyReliable and punctual this role is essential to daily productionPositive attitude and willingness to learn a new skillPrevious shop or assembly experience is a plus, but not requiredWhat We Offer:On-the-job trainingSteady weekday schedule no nights or weekendsSupportive team and friendly work environmentOpportunities to grow your skills in fabrication and assemblyWe pay weekly and offer benefitsTo apply, please email me at yoany.torres@lkjordan.com to schedule an interview.You can also call me at 512-342-0302.L.K.
