• Develop and execute training sessions aimed at improving the quality of qualification calls, script handling, and objection handling for ISAs.
• Utilize dialers and applications for making calls and keeping updated with scripts.
• Supervise call quality and offer constructive feedback for areas needing improvement.
• Provide personalized feedback and address concerns of ISAs through regular interactions.
• Participate in management meetings to provide insights and important updates.

• The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience leading a team in a Real Estate Call Center environment, with a preference for previous mentoring roles.
• A thorough knowledge of real estate markets and a proven ability to effectively engage with potential buyers is essential.
