Our physician led medical group enjoys an excellent reputation with patients and the medical community, offering primary care, urgent care and more than 30 different specialties.Job DescriptionConducts vascular histories and physical exams of patients. Performs clinical assessment and arterial and venous diagnostic lab examinations within the vascular surgery practice. Experience with full scope of vascular imaging including carotid, peripheral arterial, venous, and visceral required. Experience with vein procedures including endovenous laser ablation preferred as this role will require imaging and assisting during these procedures. Maintains exceptional patient care. Responds to patient questions and concerns regarding exam procedures. This position requires travel to satellite offices in Hartford, central, and east regions.Analyzes, interprets, and records data obtained from test results. Conducts follow-up studies as required. Records information from tests and patients histories, and analyzes against national statistics. Completes all paperwork associated with technical procedures.
Maintains equipment to ensure operational effectiveness. Assists in maintaining formal Quality Assurance Process. Provides support for maintaining ICAVL accreditation.
Responds to physician questions and clinical needs regarding patient procedures
Ensures a clean, well-equipped work area.
