Skills: Agile Way of Working, Guidewire Policy Center, Good skills in Angular and Java Oops concepts.Develop and maintain GOSU language application code within Guidewire Policy Center application.
Plan, design, develop, modify, debug and evaluate moderately complex software for functional areas.
Analyze existing software or work to formulate logic for moderately complex new systems. Understand tperson interface requirements and configuration architecture.
Create Design Document for tperson integration.
Configure tperson application points as per specification using Guidewire or J2EE components Perform code review and shake down test and deliver Work in Agile environments.
Ability to work on Guidewire Plug-ins, Messaging, API.
Strong capabilities in relational databases, message queues, and batch systems4+ years of development experience in Policy Center and demonstrated ability with Java programming.
3+ years of experience with tperson design, development, modification and deployment of software, including object-oriented programming concepts.
Configure screen layouts including creation of new screens (PCFs)
Good working knowledge of Guidewire Configuration (Mandatory) and Integration work areas.
Expertise in configuring and developing several areas of Policy Center (Policy Transactions/Job Configuration Experience implementing multiple Personal LOBs Product Modeling, Quoting, Rating Management, Forms Management, Policy Revisioning, UW Authority, Account Management, Batch Framework and Policy Center Administration).
Experience in configuring operational and administration related parameters such as roles and permissions.
Experience working within a development team using Agile methodology to deliver User stories
Prior experience performing minor and major Guidewire software upgrades.
Guidewire Policy Center Implementation Maintenance Support project experience.
Experience in Personal lines of Insurance business: General Liability or Professional Liability will be a plus.
