Position Title: Production TechnicianWage: $20.00 - $21.00/hourShift: 1st, 2nd or 3rdHours: 6:00am – 2:00pm, 2:00pm – 10:00pm or 10:00pm – 6:00amWe are seeking motivated candidates to join a great team in Spring Green, WI. - Perform assignments based on established safety policies and procedures
- Adhere to quality policy including all items assigned to this position following policies, procedures and work instructions
- Comply with the work rules and standards outlined in the associate handbook
- Lift and handle materials throughout shift
- Inspect products for defects
- Slot and pack products into correct racks
- Ensure production line runs smoothlyRequirements for Production Technician:
- High School Diploma equivalent
- Previous experience in manufacturing
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents relating to the job, function, or assignment
- Ability to perform basic mathematical equations
- Ability to follow work rules, work independently, be flexible and be willing to perform various jobs
- Ability to maintain clean work areas and follow good housekeeping practices
- Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, bend and reach throughout shift
