- Execute the closure of the monthly books, prepare monthly journal entries, and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
- Support the organization with research and analysis of financial records as directed by management.
- Ensure company compliance with all applicable SOX requirements.
- Complete the calculation of monthly royalty payments due and prepare journal entries/payment requests.
- Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against established targets.
- Monitor inventories by locations and reconcile/adjust as necessary.
- Assist with loading/processing equipment meter readings and hourly usage of equipment management system.
- Prepare monthly sales & use tax returns with reconciliation of accounts and filing/payment.
- Possess strong organizational, analytical and communication skills, and an ability to work under pressure handling multiple and shifting priorities.
- Possess excellent computer skills including email, Internet, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Ability to interact with employees at every level of the organization.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills.
- Comfort operating in ambiguous environments.
- Strong financial, analytical problem-solving skills.

- Working knowledge of Viewpoint Accounting System preferred
- Must pass a drug screen and criminal background check.

- Must be willing to travel and work away from home when required.
- Must be willing to work nights and weekends when necessary.
- Report to the office dressed appropriately and ready to begin work at the designated start time.

- Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required.
- Must have the ability to work without close supervision.
- Able to stand, walk, use hands and fingers to manipulate objects, talk and hear.
