- Developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures
- Overseeing, evaluating, and participating in recruitment, training, and continuing education programs for nursing and direct care staff
- Supervising Registered Nurse Supervisor 1 Psychiatric and other nursing and direct care staff
- Ensuring compliance with established standards of nursing care in accordance with State, federal, and accreditation agency requirements
- License and current registration as a registered professional nurse in New York State; and
- Bachelor's degree in nursing; and
- 2 years of post-licensure clinical nursing experience working with individuals, at least 50% of whom have diagnosed with mental illness, addiction, or substance use disorders. 1 year of this experience must have been at a supervisory level.

Posted hiring rate includes the sum of the statutory hiring rate for M/C M-1 ($93,659), an Increase Hiring Rate ($16,008), Geographic Pay Differential ($20,000). The posted job rate is the sum of the statutory job rate ($118,388), Geographic Pay Differential ($20,000).Notes:
