We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Rep to join our team. This role is focused on supporting contractor and wholesale customers through proactive sales efforts, relationship management, and efficient order processing. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a solid understanding of the millwork or construction industry.Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for contractor and wholesale customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and trade professionals.
  • Provide detailed product information, pricing, and availability to support customer decision-making.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotes, bids, and special orders.
  • Process orders accurately and ensure timely delivery coordination.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and urgency.
  • Collaborate with purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure product availability and order fulfillment.
  • Track customer activity and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Support outside sales team with lead generation and account management.
  • Participate in product training and stay current on industry trends and offerings.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in millwork, building materials, or construction.
  • Strong understanding of contractor needs and wholesale sales processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
