- Directly source candidates and manage the recruitment workflow from initial application/contact through selection
- Facilitate new hire onboarding
- Organize and administer internship programs and university relations
- Support the rhythm of the business activities such as annual review processes, engagement surveys, reporting requirements, and other process cycles
- Assist with training development, scheduling, and delivery
- Process benefits enrolments, updates, and answer employee questions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvement
- Manage special projects across a broad range of areas as business needs arise
- Proactively support managers and employees to resolve issues and communicate results/findings
- Stay up to date on labor laws and compliance to create and maintain policies and employee resources
- 6+ years Related Experience in an HR specialist or generalist role
- 4+ years sourcing and talent acquisition experience
- Knowledge of HR regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong working knowledge of HR technology including HRIS and ATS
- Experience in handling performance management issues.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to think proactively and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work in an environment with frequent interruptions and changing tasks and priorities.
- Ability to handle highly sensitive data with confidentiality and exercise appropriate judgment.
- Highly self-motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize workload, but also work collaboratively and effectively with other team members.
