- Build and maintain APIs and services for internal and external-facing applications.
- Develop and support applications using cloud-enabled solutions (AWS).
- Write high-quality, maintainable code with test coverages.
- Participate in peer code reviews and collaboration to uphold coding standards.
- Implement front-end features in coordination with backend systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.
- Support and troubleshoot existing systems to maintain uptime, production releases, and issue resolutions.
- Minimum 3 years of related work experience in software development.
- Experience with backend development using Java 11+ and Object-Oriented Design principles.
- Proficiency in frontend technologies, including Angular, React, and Node.js.
- Familiarity with AWS services such as AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, and Aurora DB.
- Understanding of building Microservices and RESTful APIs.
- Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
- Comfortable working in an Agile environment.
- Proficient in modern development practices and tools with a strong desire for continuous learning and skill development.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical solutions.
- Adaptability to fast-paced, dynamic work settings and changing priorities.
- Commitment to writing clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
- Exposures to mobile application development (iOS/Android).
- Familiarity with Flutter for front-end experiences.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Understanding of unstructured database applications and data manipulation tools (e.g., Python).
- Experience contributing to scalable, high-volume software components and/or client-facing web applications.
- Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or a comparable field of study, and/or equivalent work experience.
