- Oversee all sales operations, while improving efficiency to meet sales targets
- Lead and mentor a high-performing Sales and Business Development team
- Partner with Management on assessing the overall market to help with setting clear goals and performance metrics
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that grows new and existing business
- Stay current with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats in the blockchain space
- Collaborate with various teams, including Engineering and TechOps
- Foster a sales culture that encourages collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
- 7+ years of proven experience in a leadership role managing global sales
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi and the cryptocurrency ecosystem
- Strong experience in B2B sales in blockchain solutions or related technologies with a track record of building positive relationships
- Strategic mindset with a results-oriented approach
- Exceptional communication, collaboration and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
