CMM Programmer

- Develop and optimize CMM programs using software such as PC-DMIS, MCOSMOS, or Calypso.
- Perform dimensional inspections on first-piece, in-process, and final parts.
- Analyze measurement data and ensure compliance with engineering specifications and GD&T standards.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues.
- Maintain and update inspection documentation and job instructions as needed.
- 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or quality control environment.
- Proficiency in CMM programming and operation.
- Solid understanding of GD&T and technical drawings.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Polish is a plus.
- Experience with PC-DMIS programming from scratch.
- Knowledge of machining and first article inspection.
- Ability to create detailed inspection reports.
