- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Coordinate the hiring process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Act as a trusted advisor and resource for employees and managers on HR-related issues.
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
- Promote a positive work culture and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Implement performance management processes, including performance appraisals, goal setting, and feedback sessions.
- Work with managers to identify performance gaps and develop performance improvement plans.
- Recognize and reward employees for outstanding performance and contributions.
- Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops on topics such as safety, compliance, and technical skills.
- Support career development initiatives and succession planning within the organization.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
- Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations and update HR policies and procedures accordingly.
- Develop and implement initiatives to promote employee engagement and morale.
- Organize employee events, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
- Foster a culture of open communication and collaboration across departments.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office applications.
