I am seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join my client's manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR functions within the manufacturing facility, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.Recruitment and Selection:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Coordinate the hiring process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Employee Relations:
  • Act as a trusted advisor and resource for employees and managers on HR-related issues.
  • Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
  • Promote a positive work culture and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Performance Management:
  • Implement performance management processes, including performance appraisals, goal setting, and feedback sessions.
  • Work with managers to identify performance gaps and develop performance improvement plans.
  • Recognize and reward employees for outstanding performance and contributions.
Training and Development:
  • Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops on topics such as safety, compliance, and technical skills.
  • Support career development initiatives and succession planning within the organization.
Compliance and Legal:
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
  • Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations and update HR policies and procedures accordingly.
Employee Engagement:
  • Develop and implement initiatives to promote employee engagement and morale.
  • Organize employee events, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
  • Foster a culture of open communication and collaboration across departments.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office applications.
