You will ensure that we are able to accomplish our growth plans by having new vehicles onsite and ready for new staff as they come onboard. You will ensure that our vendor relationships are strong and a win for both parties. You will manage staff and drive them to maintain a safe and accountable workplace.ResponsibilitiesStrong understanding of Service Titan for inventory managementNegotiate vendor pricingBuyback program for excess inventory, as neededManage process for accountability of techs for truck inventoryManage the truck stocking/bin layout mappingOptimize parts request processAsset tracking (tools and vehicles) – tying to depreciation scheduleMaintain up to date material pricing in Service TitanManage the vehicle procurement and disposal processUse knowledge of supply house product offering, best price, strengths and locations to maximize efficiency and save the company moneySet individual goals and KPI’s for all staff positions with inventory responsibilitiesCreate annual budget, control expenses and meet or exceed planMonitor staff performance to ensure that accuracy and safety goals are metHold weekly 1 v 1 meetings with staffAssist staff with 100-day plan creation, including follow up during weekly 1 v 1PurchasingManage material return processManage warranty return processManage process to return excess materials from jobsManage purchase order process and material receiving processAssist in product and material research for techniciansManage next day installs and installs in general, with regards to material and equipment staging and materials fulfillmentFleet/Truck StockManage truck inventory cycle count and full count processManage new truck inventory set up processManage truck replenishment processManage staff fielding calls from tech/install crews on materials needed for jobs.
