In this role, you will:Lead the Team: Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping and laundry staffSchedule Efficiently: Create department schedules in accordance with census and labor budgetsManage Inventory: Order and manage supply levels while maintaining budget controlsEnsure Cleanliness: Perform and oversee cleaning duties such as mopping, dusting, vacuuming, polishing, and disinfectingInspect and Monitor: Conduct routine inspections for sanitation, infection control, and cleanliness complianceTrain Staff: Provide task-specific instruction to ensure safe and effective cleaning and laundry techniquesSupport Daily Operations: Ensure consistent delivery of linens and personal laundry, and keep supply rooms stockedWhat Makes You a Great Fit
