Our team is committed to providing exceptional technical support, training, and customer service to contractors, distributors, and engineers.Position OverviewWe’re seeking a knowledgeable and motivated HVAC Technician & Trainer to join our team. This role is based out of our Albany, NY office and supports a territory that includes New York, Western Vermont, and Western Massachusetts. The ideal candidate will combine strong HVAC field experience with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others learn and succeed.This position involves a minimum 25% travel to provide on-site support and conduct in-person training sessions. When not traveling, the role is based in-office, providing phone and virtual technical assistance.Key Responsibilities
- Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions on residential and commercial HVAC products
- Provide phone-based technical support to contractors and distributors
- Assist with on-site troubleshooting for escalated technical issues
- Create or contribute to training materials, presentations, and documentation
- Stay current on product updates and technical trends within the HVAC industry
- Collaborate with the Director of Training and internal teams to support company-wide training efforts
- 5+ years of hands-on HVAC installation or service experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge of HVAC systems
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation abilities
- Comfortable leading training sessions and working with groups
- Self-directed, organized, and detail-oriented
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
